TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Our agreement starts when your products are delivered and lasts until we both agree.
  • You can end it early or extend it as per our Flexi Tenure Policy.
  • We send you monthly bills, and you need to pay by the 10th of each month.
  • If you’re late, there’s a fee.
  • We take a refundable deposit for damages or unpaid bills.
  • We give it back after your rental term, minus any deductions.
  • Your order is confirmed when we get your deposit.
  • If something you picked is not available, we might offer alternatives.
  • We’ll deliver to your chosen spot.
  • We check the products for quality, and you or your representative should check for any damage.
  • You’re responsible for any damage or repair costs.
  • We offer a damage waiver for some customers.
  • We provide maintenance, like cleaning every 12 months.
  • But we don’t cover damage caused by mishandling.
  • We might check the products during our agreement.
  • You can ask to move or swap under certain conditions.
  • It can end when your rental term is up or if you don’t follow our agreement.
  • We might end it too, but we’ll give you notice.
  • The products are ours until your rental term is over.
  • You can’t transfer the agreement or products without asking us.
  • If you pay in advance, it’s not refundable, but you can use it for future rentals.
  • You promise to cover any damage or injuries caused by using our products.
  • We might cancel orders, and we can change these terms. Check our website for updates.
